This policy explains what information SendorX collects, how it's used, and the choices you have. It applies to sendorx.com and the SendorX product.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly when you create an account (name, email, optional company), the email content and recipient addresses you submit through our SMTP relay or API for delivery, and basic usage telemetry (IP, user agent, timestamps) for security and abuse prevention.
2. How we use information
- To deliver email on your behalf and report on its delivery status.
- To operate, maintain and improve the SendorX service.
- To detect, investigate and prevent abuse, fraud and security incidents.
- To communicate with you about your account, billing and product updates.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share information only with subprocessors strictly required to operate the service (e.g. cloud hosting), under contracts that require equivalent protection.
4. Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active and for a limited period afterwards. Email content is retained according to your plan's logging window (typically 30 days), then permanently deleted from our active systems.
5. Your rights
You can access, export or delete your account data at any time from the dashboard, or by contacting info@sendorx.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under GDPR, CCPA or similar laws.
6. Security
All connections are encrypted in transit. Passwords and SMTP keys are stored hashed. Access to production systems is limited and audited.
